How you understand and expect human behavior to become ideal when it comes to organization?
Human behavior will become ideal in an organization to avoid the misunderstanding between the employees. Human behavior is needed to boost our self-esteem in doing our works and dealing with the other people.
Human behavior is important in an organization to have a good interaction with everyone and holds everyone to become successful in all their actions.

Jonathan Meneses is my name, university of Caloocan City and taking up BSIS, I’m 18 years old.
At this part of my life, as a teenager, I have experienced trials and achievements and trials, which complete my existence. Even if there’s many trials I always think it in a positive way, that everything happens with a reason.
Guitar, playing guitar is my pass time and can make my day happy. I want to be a professional guitarist of band, but as of now I want to study first and take that dream later on. Because I believe that I will be more successful if I graduated first in college.
